Subway
Roosevelt Island is served by the MTA subway at the Roosevelt Island station, with service by the M train on weekdays and the F train nights and weekends:
Weekdays (approximately 6 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.): The M train stops at Roosevelt Island, following a weekday service change where it now runs via the 63rd Street Tunnel to serve stations including 21 St–Queensbridge, Roosevelt Island, Lexington Av/63 St and 57 St.
Weeknights (after 9:30 p.m.) and weekends: The F train returns to serve the station, stopping at Roosevelt Island during late evenings, nights, and weekends.
